Had to try some St. Louis style pizza since this was my first time in town... Imo's was good but I was a bit disappointed by the service.
FOOD - 3-4 stars
=====
Ordered toasted ravioli and a 16" pizza, and had more than enough leftover for dinner. All in all it was about $30 for 2 people but we could've served 3!
SERVICE - 2 stars
========
We asked if they had any deals and the cashier said no. Then, on our way out, we saw a sign in the door that said, "Text ### to get a free order of toasted ravioli with a medium pizza" -- in other words, EXACTLY what we ordered. What a ripoff. -

Being from the East coast, this pizza was not edible at all. Tried both the thin and thicker styles and neither was any good. Tasted like frozen pizza that was microwaved. The toasted ravioli was actually even worse. I tried to figure out what they were filled with, and the only thing I could equate to it was cat food. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere :(

By far the best Pizza around. I don't care about east coast opinions or culture. IMOs is the best Pizza and this is the best imos.

St. Louis Style Pizza???? I never knew there was a St. Louis Style Pizza. Provel Cheese? Never heard of it, and never want to taste it again. I love pizza!! I've never met a pizza I didn't like, but Imo's and St. Louis Style got me and I can never say that again. The delivery service to the hotel was good, but the cost of our pizza and salad were very expensive. Stay away, Stay Away, Stay Away. The most expensive pizza I've eaten.
After the fact I looked up reviews on Yelp. If only I had done so earlier, I never would have ordered from Imo's
If this is the type of pizza you get in St. Louis, they can keep it. -

I had to try it with a friend.
Imagine pizza the quality of Little Caesars Pizza with a different kind of cheese (Provel Cheese) but only at more than 2x the price. That's Imo's Pizza in a nutshell. They use very mediocre ingredients that include a ton of salt and sugar to try to cover up the shoddy quality of the heavily-processed tomato sauce, cheap white flour crust, and Provel cheese.
This isn't thin-crust pizza that any maker of a quality Neapolitan pie would even recognize. Not with out quality marinara, fresh mozzarella, and a wheat flour crust.
I have no idea why people from St. Louis defend this chain with such vigor. It would be out of business in almost any other city in 6 months because it's terrible quality and couldn't compete with the national chains on price since they always run heavily-discounted specials.
